      Quite straight forward. You'll get case studies question and will be given some time to come up with presentation where there will be a panel. The case studies is something that the company plan to do.

      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Xendit (Singapour) en juin 2020

      Entretien

      Tedious and complicated interview process. Imagine, you will have to go through 4 stages of interviews starting from the HR shortlisted , Product knowledge Q&A, hiring manager interview and job related final presentation. Worst case before the final presentation, you are required to conduct a back-to-back meetings with employees from various units for the presentation from morning until evening on 2 consecutive days and, presentation will be on end of 2nd day. Understand that Xendit is an ambitious technology startup that inspired by " Google Style Unorthodox Hiring Process " to get the right talent. However, I don't think it will works for Xendit in any way, high chance to fail with that model. First, Xendit is an Indonesian based company, you can never compare with a western company due it the differences on the culture, employee's behavior, geopolitical environment and etc. Secondly, the entire purpose of this lengthy process is to sort out talent with right skillset, mindset and attitude. But, how can you ensure they are the " right" talents? People can change from time to time. Furthermore , can you ever guarantee the loyalty of each new hires? If not, it will be resource and time draining to kick start each new hiring process. Lastly, the lenghty process especially the " nonstop " meeting will really frustrate the " right" talent as the company has been promoting work-life balance, or otherwise.
