After applying through their website, i got an automated email to complete a POC. The POC takes quite a bit of time, at least 3-4 days. This company has a work-trial policy where they ask candidates to work for them without compensation for a full 2-3 days. So you have to take annual leave and work for them for free. I would say its quite an exploitative practice. I only learned about this after the POC stage and immediately said No. After the work trial, candidates have to do presentation to show what they have improved in Xendit. If the hiring manager is happy, you will proceed to the next stage. I was also told that, employees have to do a presentation at the end of probation, proving your worth to work at Xendit. Note: Please communicate about work trials early on in the interview process. Dont trust all the positive reviews, and don't let these companies take advantage of you.
