Entretien
This interview was basic, with no depth and essentially a waste of time. The role was posted for over a week but yet, they had no idea of the range for U.S. compensation. If it sounds like one of those lowball methods, that's because it is.
You're sent a scheduling link and asked to create a video. DO NOT do the video as you won't have the opportunity to ask important questions that you should ask PRIOR to meeting with the actual team. Instead, request a phone call.

Question 1
"Why Xello?", "Although we don't have a pay range at the moment, what are you salary expectations?"
It was a multi-step process and well structured. The first stage was either a one-way video interview or an optional phone screen. From there, the process included an HR interview, a take-home assignment, and two additional interviews with managers. The early stages moved quickly and were well organized. There was about a 3 week wait after the final interview before I received an update, but the recruitment team was highly communicative and responsive throughout. Although I was disappointed not to be selected, I had a very positive impression of the team. The HR representative even offered to connect again to provide feedback.
