All Xeleum participants were rarely available. The interview process took over 3 weeks. Follow up emails were ignored and when phone calls were received interviewer(s) apologized. However, no updates were provided-- very inconsiderate of interviewee. Development team is small and in an office within warehouse. Chairs are broken. Small A/C unit in wall. Interviewers from development team lack fundamental understanding of software development process and methodology as well as technology. Spent more time educating interviewer.
