I have not interviewed yet, but I received a "Practical Assessment" where they ask you to answer business analysis questions using Excel and to recreate PowerPoint slides. This is the longest assessment I have ever done and it's a waste of time. I was already too deep in the stupid assessment not to finish it but do yourself a favor and skip on this company. Interview process consisted of a few steps: an english test/initial application, a technical test, a video call interview, phone interviews with the team, and then an in-person interview. The person interviewing me at the 3rd step was very disengaged and did not really probe me or have a conversation with me. It was like they were just reading off a list of questions. By the end of it I lost interest in the position too.
