The process included an initial recruiter screening, followed by three interviews (two remote and one in-person) with senior leaders and future peers. All interviews took place over the course of about three weeks, with timely feedback provided after each stage. The recruiter did an excellent job setting expectations and keeping me informed throughout. I really appreciated that the Xceptor team was transparent about the role, team structure, and hiring process. The way the process was managed left a very positive impression and only strengthened my interest in joining Xceptor.
