I had a 2 stage interview process with AutoStream, 1 telephone call with the Director followed by a 2nd stage video call with the Director and a colleague. We had lengthy chats on both occasions where I felt comfortable with the knowledge the business had in my focus market, I was taken on a virtual tour of the office and was also sent a number of pictures of the surrounding towns (since travelling was tough due to Covid). My overall impression of the business was good, they have a solid structure, some great incentives and the working hours are also a great benefit, with shorter hours in the Summer months to really promote the work-life balance.
