Very poor recruiter communication. My status was "Awaiting Final Decision" for weeks and the recruiter was not transparent as to where they were in the process. As a result, I needed to take an offer from another company. I also do have concerns over the future of the company and the high turnover rate. But based on this poor recruitment experience, they're going to have a difficult time replacing that lost talent.
