Initial interview was with the recruitment lead in Bangalore. Discussed about the company and position. The lady had a fair understanding about what really the role was supposed to achieve - something pleasantly surprising from HR. Feedback later was swift and professional.
Overall through the interaction, I felt I am dealing with a small but professional organization that knows its business.
