Only one round,ops round ,where u will be given situation to like direct dealing with customers and how to influence then , it will be a virtual simulator not a real one.

Written Aptitude exam , then group discussion followed by final interview round , though I must say that the interview round was extremely hard and the situation that they gave to address was very difficult to navigate from a fresher's point
