Interviewer try to complicate situation. My roots are from Delhi and interview was in Mumbai and question asked what you didn't like about your last organization? Interviewer try to show plus points as your drawback but try to convince that its all are your strength.

(even after I answered questioned asked) Whats the surety that you won't leave job in between and will go back to Delhi?
