It started with a CV review, followed by several interviews where different team members asked about my experience and what I’ve been working on. I was also asked to complete a project building money-making signals from data collection. I have over 5 years of experience, and most of the team members I spoke with seemed junior, with noticeably less knowledge than I have. After I submitted the project, they completely ghosted me.

There will be three rounds. Two technicle interviews, one HR interview. But I got rejected for the second interviews which focus more on the alignment of your past experiences with their business.
