A first interview with two R&D engineers, the interview lasted one hour and had two main arcs, the first was about my profile as well as my academic and professional experience, they were completely transparent with the salary, their remote policy and the type of profile that they were looking for. They also were precise concering the project and the work that I will be doing there, the second arc was them asking me technical questions about my previous internships, followed by general theorical questions in the domain and then ended with some harder technical questions that are not elimenatory. A second interveiw with the head of the R&D department, lasted 30 minutes and the goal was to know each other, ask questions about the project, talk about what they do, what tools am I familiar with or not , and starting the onboarding process.
