Applied online and had a 15 minute phone interview with HR and was told I would hear back about a second interview a week later. I sent many follow up emails and 3 weeks later had my 2nd interview that was about a 30 minute phone interview with another person from HR. Communication was a struggle from the start and got calls from HR at weird hours (10:00 pm). They were twenty minutes late for the phone interviews, which was a little inconvenient for me.

Whole process took about 4+ weeks from online tests to test mathematics and English capabilities, video interview with pre recorded questions and two day assessment centre with roughly 20-30 candidates. An offer was extended after 2-3 days.
