Phone interview with supervisor. She asked me to tell her my strengths and weaknesses and how I would handle gossipy coworkers and a high-strung demanding recruiting director. There were no questions at all about my skills or capabilities. She spent more time talking about herself than anything else and how she was the grand prize winner of some sort of company award, and I'm like why is she telling me she used to be a chemist and she lived in California? She was unprofessional and negative about the work environment and said there is no flexibility in work hours and unlike most companies XPO does not provide bonus incentives for recruiters. She said she'd be setting me up for an interview with the director but by the time she called me back to set up an interview a month later I had already started another job.

This was a phone interview and the recruiter asked me general questions regarding why I was interested in the role and what my strengths and weaknesses were. In addition, the recruiter also explained about the position and the role I would have as well as the company atmosphere.

There was a phone interview with my direct supervisor, then a second interview with her supervisor. I received my offer about a week later and spent another week working with the corporate recruiter/ waiting on drug screens and backgrounds to be returned.
