2 interview 1 with hiring manager and other with onshore counterpart. Hiring Manager F2F was very cordial and open. Only screening and understanding questions, no detailed skill review. Onshore counter part was Director in Business Analysis. It was telephonic interview. His background was in IT and Analytics however he was hard pressed on me proving to show Industrial Engineering experience. He also was bullying me on how i should behave during calls and be prepared as there was communication issue. Overall, person seemed least knowledgeable or interested in understanding the expertise or skills i will bring to the table. Was quite judgmental on my tone and approach of answers. I lost his attention from the first hello and he made it apparent enough to express his disgust. Overall, worst interview i have ever given in my whole life
