I applied for the Technical Solutions Engineer position at Xilo and went through a three-step interview process: an initial call with the implementation manager, a take-home technical assignment, and a final interview with the team. I completed every step and followed up afterward, but never received any response. The implementation manager also stated they would reach out to me no later than a specific day, but that never happened. Ghosting candidates after they’ve invested time and effort is unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend applying based on my experience.

First, there is a 15-minute phone call from the CEO. Then, if you pass the 1st round, then you will move on to the next round, which takes 1 hour for panel interview (in person) and the interviewers are from different department
