A recruiter approached me via LinkedIn for this particular role. I had an initial conversation with a recruiter which went pretty well. According to what recruiter informed me within the same call, I am still waiting to hear back from them. I know it's a great place to work at but I am surprised at the same time with such an unprofessional conduct.
