Asked pretty typical questions during the interview. I asked the CEO (who was in the meeting) how morale was managed. He told me he told jokes and had pizza parties. After the interview was formally over I was shown around the warehouse where he then asked me personal questions about whether I had family/kids. They technically got around asking illegally but still a red flag.
