I feel my time was wasted with this company as I went through all 3 rounds of interviews and was left mostly thinking I would get the offer after the last round, mind you the last round was a 2.5 hr panel for a 54k a year position which is a bit ridiculous in retrospect. I was told I would receive a follow up the next week but then received an email early the following day with the rejection. Seems they were hiding the actual reason because I was told I lacked enough experience but have 3.5-4 years of financial industry experience in CS, Underwriting, QA, and Business operations and the role merely required 2+ yrs GENERAL experience. Please consider other options before you apply at this startup. The product is good but the company members are not transparent.
