- apply through a social media job board "easy apply"
- within a day or two, you'll be inmailed on that site through the owners account but by another staff member, and 'on behalf of' the owner (confusing, I know!).
- oh, and the inmail will be sent to you super early in the morning at 2am EST.
- in the inmail it will discuss you signing up for a 'group interview' even though you applied for a senior level role.
- the inmail will also express, that if you aren't wanting to fulfil their needs of a group interview, then you are not the right fit for them.
- you will also receive kudos from an additional employee if you have a true professional background.
- after reading the message, you will instantly see a pop-up/notification to "connect" with the owner even though they are located in a different country, and you have never met them.
Anyway, it all seems so mickey-mousish, and not at all professional. So I would think twice before applying as the roles are extremely short-term, low paying (for Toronto) and there seems to be a lack of culture, a lack of leadership, and a true lack of professionalism.
