Waste of time - Company makes you go through a lengthy interview - multiple rounds with an assignment and presentation. First person I interviewed "SJ" with seemed exteremly uninterested from the beginning and she set the tone for the rest of the sessions. My advice for HR/hiring managers - Look at someones resume before making them go through the process and ultimately telling them "you aren't strong enough or you don't have the experience in this specific vertical".
