The interviewing process taking much time, One concern I've noticed is that the preparation required, such as creating presentations and reviewing theoretical concepts, can sometimes become quite time-consuming. While it's crucial to evaluate candidates thoroughly, I believe we can find ways to streamline the process, making it more manageable for all parties involved.

interview 4: back to back with 5 senor engineers -technical behavioral
Quite a lengthy and difficult process, as expected for a large tech company. Took around 2 months from interview 1 to interview 4.
HR were very responsive with updates and usually took around 1 week to 10 days for next steps,
