I think overall, the application process was organized and the timeline of what to expect was clear for this particular program. I thought it was a little ridiculous how the entire process took a little over 2 months. I get that they have thousands of applicants, but there has to be a more efficient way to do it. Even till the end, when I was about to receive an offer, I had to wait another 5 days to schedule the call after a vague email which did not specifically state that I would receive an offer... In the end, all of those factors was why I ended up accepting an offer from a different company because I felt like my time was way more respected and everything was so much more personable from the other company, among other reasons. With that said, I do want to emphasize that everyone who I interviewed with was awesome. They genuinely seem like they love working at Twitter and really sold me on their culture and values. I also love that this program is focused on diversity and inclusion! I still highly recommend applying for this program, but just be aware that with each and every round, it's a long process with tons and tons of waiting in between.

Can't disclose due to NDA, but if you've been consistently practicing Leetcode easy/medium questions, then you should be fine!

I applied online.
Then I was sent a coding challenge that was fairly challenging. Also was asked to write 2 essays about my experience as a part of that.
Once I got past that, I had a Zoom interview with the recruiter and a member of the engineering team.
After that, it was the final interview. I was told that about 30 out of 2000 people made it to that stage. It was a 1 hour behavioral interview and a 1 hour technical interview. Didn't really do super well here so I didn't get an offer. The technical interview wasn't super challenging, but they definitely wanted to see how I was thinking. The behavioral interview was actually quite challenging (asked questions that I hadn't been asked at other companies before) and I wish I'd prepared for that more.
