Combination of online interviews and face-to-face interviews for the second round. It includes a tour of the company premises after the face-to-face interview. The HR will contact me and follow up with me if I'm shortlisted for the interview.

Interview process was great and informative. Two separate interviews with multiple members of the Wartsila team who ask questions that truly engage each person within the interview. Overall a great experience.
