I applied online for this position and was contacted within a week about planning a phone interview. The phone interview was casual and not too intimidating; I felt good about things by the end of the conversation. I was told they'd contact me again within the week, which they did, asking if I could come in for an in-person interview. I did, and I had a good time at their office and felt the interview went well. However, I did not receive an offer.
