Started as group interview. I was then selected for one on one. Was asked about type of personality under stress. They seemed during the interview as if they wanted long term commitments. The great thing is that they seemed more interested in you and not just your prior experience. Once they were interested in hiring you, they moved quick with all the paperwork.
