They interviewed one by one, while the rest of us waited in a meeting room. Each interview was about 7 minutes. They were mainly interested in my availability as they had already reviewed my resume previously.

They call you after you apply online and review key points off of your resume and have you elaborate on your experience. You go through a phone interview, a one on one interview, and potentially another one on one interview. You get to know the managers and some of the staff throughout the process.
