I had a great phone conversation with the recruiter and promptly scheduled a face to face interview. At the start of the interview I was informed that the position I had applied for was filled that morning. She asked if I would be interested in a marketing position since I had a bit of experience in that arena. She then explained that the marketing position was a minimum wage position with commission paid depending on the amount of leads I was able to bring in for timeshare presentations. When I spoke to the marketing manager he proceeded to ask why I would want to leave a job where I was making as much as I make. He also repeatedly told me this job was hard.

The recruiter contacts you to schedule an interview with managers. Process was short and straight forward. You should be professional and have an outgoing personality. They let you know within a few days if you are hired.
