Process starts with an hour long presentation in the morning to all the head executives/directors. Following that, there are three sets of interviews (Customer Service Team, Director of Analytical, Director of Customer Service) before lunch. The entire afternoon afterwards consisted of interviews with the executives and ending an interview with HR.

I applied at the Europe branch, the process was extremely fast and professional. I had 3 Interviews: 1 over the phone (45 min), 1 personal interview day with 8 meetings and lunch (approx. 5 hrs) and 1 additional phone interview (45 min). Interviews were in German(main language) and English. All communication was very fast and professional and I was met with a high level of appreciation. Communication was very clear and all my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. I was very positively surprised by the whole application process. The offered salary was very competitive for an entry level job.
