The interview process began with a phone screening with the recruiter to discuss the role itself and to discuss the company. Then there was a testing portion and personality test that was proctured by the recruiter. If you passed the test, then you moved on to the phone screening portion and I had several phone screenings with the hiring managers. Lastly, there was the on-site interview.
