1st round - Recruiter phone screen 2nd round - Phone interview with a potential teammate 3rd round - Onsite interview - 4 people including Hiring Manager Recruiter did not properly prep me for onsite interview. They did not mention that I would need to demo the product and that I would be taking a test at the end. It's already grueling to interview with 4 people one after another but to have to take a multiple choice aptitude test in the end was just annoying.
