I was very nervous--it was my first job at Wright State, and one of the first I'd had to have an interview for... or at least, an interview that mattered. David Bringhurst, the director, asked typical interview questions, and there were two other WC employees in the room. It was a summer interview, and the room was very warm with the door closed. Combined with my nervousness, I barely remember most of the interview. David was calm, and actually helped me get over my nervousness. Part of the earlier process had been a review of my grammar skills, and a several questions that I needed to answer as part of establishing my personality and work ethic.
