Before each interview, I received a text message the day prior to confirm my readiness and offer any needed assistance to prepare, which I found incredibly thoughtful and supportive. The process consisted of four interviews, each well-organized and purposeful. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the second involved two marketing managers I’d potentially be working with. The third was a case study presentation, where I had the chance to showcase strategies for rolling out personalization within Adobe Experience Manager. This exercise, which included road mapping and prioritization, was directly aligned with the job description and gave me a valuable opportunity to assess whether the role was the right fit for me. The final interview was a conversation with a C-level executive. It was easygoing yet professional, and I appreciated the focus on aligning personality types within the organization. The entire process took about a month, and communication throughout was seamless—I always knew what to expect next. Everyone I interacted with was highly professional, and the interviews struck a perfect balance between relaxed and thorough. Overall, this was one of the best interview experiences of my career.
