I had an interview with Wpromote for the position of Paid Search Associate. I'm not sure if the first round of phone interviews is conducted by one specific interviewer or if there are others as well. The interviewer who called me was terrible, probably one of the worst I've encountered. She was constantly in a hurry, and initially, I thought it was just my perception. However, I later checked reviews and confirmed my suspicions. She was very intimidating, quickly moving from one question to the next without clarifying or trying to understand my responses. She seemed quite frustrated with her job. I'm not sure if she even comprehended what I was explaining or what notes she took from our conversation. Unsurprisingly, I received a rejection email a few days later.
