I went through two interviews. The initial interview was very relaxed and easy. Basic questions and a chance to better understand the company, the department, and the direction that the department is going. The second interview was a mock sales pitch which was, again, relaxed and well received. They told me what to prepare for and it only lasted about 30 minutes.
