      Entretien

      I found their website months ago through indeed.com but never waited until I got more experience before applying. After, I applied directly through their website. Heard back within a few days to schedule a phone interview. That went well, and was brought into an in-person interview later that week. The following week, Wpromote reached out and offered me a position.

      Entretien

      My process was slightly different since I was an out-of-town applicant, however it was still very quick, 4 business days total. There were 3 interviews in total, Phone, In-Person (1-on-1) w/ a Skills Assessment and Skype ( 2-on-1). Phone Interview with HR - Very Standard Interview Questions - Tell Me About Yourself? - Tell Me Why You would like to work for the company? - Have you checked out our website? - What experience do you have in PPC? In Person (1-on-1) - Position and Skill Focused Questions - Tell Me about your experience in PPC? - How many accounts have you managed? - Have you built campaigns from the beginning? - Analytical Questions Skype Interview (2-on-1) - Behavioral and Client Focused Questions -Role Play - How many client accounts have you managed? - Were you the direct point of contact for the client? - How often did you communicate with the client? - How are you with time management and taking on several tasks at once?

      Entretien

      Two step Interview process. I was referred so there may be more steps normally, but I was interviewed by Wpromote's HR over the phone. She was not intimidating and very friendly, asking all the normal interview questions with nothing out of left field. After that I was scheduled for an in-person interview at their El Segundo office. Fortunately it was close enough that I could stop by during lunch. The office is very casual and mostly young professionals. I was interviewed by the COO and a Director of the PPC department. Both were really knowledgeable and asked me to elaborate on my experience with detailed examples. They also answered all my questions honestly and were quick to admit both their strengths and weaknesses as a company. The entire process took a bit under an hour. Afterwards I was sent an Excel file with hypothetical campaign statistics and was given two days to describe in detail what steps I would take to improve it.
