Follow up with writing sample to show writing skills when communicating to a client Second round: Mock sales presentation and 45 minute-long interview with senior director and two directors. The mock presentation was challenging and somewhat intimidating, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. I've never had to do a writing sample or mock presentation like I did for this interview, and I thought it was a great way to showcase the necessary skills for this position.

The writing assignment and presentation allow you to show off strengths that may not come across in the interviews. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional, yet they showed that the company welcomes personality.
