The process was straight forward. The first portion was to feel you out regarding technical, and what your current role is. The second portion is to see if you would be a good culture fit.

First contact was a short phone interview. Basic questions, waited about 1.5 weeks to hear back. Second round was a 2 on 1 interview with those in senior positions. Very easy going, conversational type of interview. Don't be afraid to ask questions or have a back and forth. Heard back about a week after that.
