I’ve applied several times using different resume formats, and I get automatically rejected, citing a lack of qualifications when I actually exceed them.

This process went super smoothly. I was given updates regularly and all my interviewers were easy to talk to. My first interview was a phone screening with the talent manager. From there I had two more interviews with the team/office leads both of which were fairly technical but still personable and informative about the position I was applying for.
