They contacted me on Linkedin for a senior IT role. Went well until they found out about my education which did not meet their requirements. They then said I did "not meet criteria and thus my competency was questionable" despite performing similar roles in other Global organisations in for over a decade. When questioning the educational requirements they would have settled for a degree in Zoology for an IT role.
