Group interview with multiple other candidates. The interview is barely even an interview, you're more or less told what the job entails and are asked if you accept or not. You are also free to ask as many questions as you'd like about the role. I declined only because there is no set schedule and you need to be comfortable with working extreme amounts of overtime or very little time in between shifts. Manager speaking with us was very honest and professional which I appreciated.
