The interview process is consist of 3 rounds ( Written+Technical+HR ) . 1). The written test contain 2 sections having 10-10 questions on Aptitude and technical (java related questions)............all are easy. 2). In the technical round the interviewer ask very basic and some intermediate questions on java. 3). Finally in the HR round there were two HR ,They simply asked me about myself, my future plans and also guide that what should I do. After that they told me that they will send my profile to HQ (noida,india) for further reviewing and get back to me as soon as possible. In the evening the called me and said that I have offered the job. But they are charging 15000INR training fees ,and training is of 6 months during which they will provide the stipend between 3,000 to 5,000 and after training the absorb me as full time employee with the CTC between 1.2LPA to 1.5LPA
