I applied online, was called back within 2 days and headed in for my first interview with the manager of the location. Relatively easy interview, asked basic questions and was light. Second interview was with the district manager at the time and he was very sharp and business oriented and you could tell he genuinely cared about the company and the people they employed. He went into greater detail and went over my resume with me step by step. At the end of the interview I asked for feedback and he gave me an honest answer. Overall a very good process.
