Very bad Interview Process. I was offered a 12 LPA package. A few days later they call me and tell its converted to a 6 LPA package with a 3 year bond.

Three rounds of interviews including technical, team and HR interviews. Technical one was not a specific language based, but logical questions were asked. Team interview was done with four team members.
Looks like fresher took an interview with out of scope questions
He is unaware about how to take the interviews
Asking irrelevant questions and trying to be smart with very little knowledge
