Interview is taken by Team Lead of Respective department.
Mostly they ask you basic question which you learn in your CCNP.
Like OSPF,Subnetting ,STP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Technologies.
After that you are ok then you have interview with Senior Manager and you are hired
