It was choppy. They are very specific about what they are looking for and you interview with other leaders that aren't in your area. It can be a long process and sometimes it is a couple day process since they call you back for a follow up interview. They aren't really professionally dressed but you should still dress well to interview. They offer a good salary but be prepared to have to work WAY to much for it!
