Very simple two interviews, one with the program manager, and one with the education director. Each were, for me, about 1 hour. Simple questions, easy going conversation. Almost follows like a sanity check.

Skype interviews with U.S. and in country staff to determine skills and ability to work cross culturally. I was offered an interview the day I applied and interviewed the following day, so they were on it in terms of a quick turn around.
