A recruiter reached out to me for a phone call after my application.
Next was a call with hiring manager.
Next, they ghosted. I had to keep sending emails and then they replied that they are not hiring again because of a change in decision.
I think they are time wasters.

Awful, the head of design was arrogant and dismissive. 90% of the interview was him talking about himself and he was constantly speaking over myself and his colleague, another researcher who was on the call - both of us being women so I sensed a theme here.
