I heard back from my application within 2 weeks (though this was a particularly quick recruitment) and attended an interview in person. I was asked to prepare a technical presentation and was asked mainly competency based questions. Three interviewers, two from the team and one as objective interviewer. I also met a team member before the interview for a tour and informal chat which was also part of the interview (though not explicitly so). Received a decision within a couple of days. Salary wasn't negotiable.
